Brush the filet(s) with oil then rub with spices on both sides
Bake on a lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily
While the fish is cooking prepare quinoa according to package directions and steam broccoli
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish then squeeze in the juice from half of the lime
Pour the butter over the fish before serving and garnish with the remaining lime
Serve the fish alongside the quinoa and broccoli
