
@injamieskitchen Tuesday Chicken Recipe 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1 cup jasmine rice 1 1⁄4 cups low-sodium chicken broth 1 1⁄4 cups heavy cream 2⁄3 cup Italian dressing 2 cloves minced garlic 10 oz bag frozen California Medley (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots) 1.5 cups shredded cheese 1. Preheat oven to 385 2. Into a casserole dish add the rice, chicken broth, cream, dressing and vegetables 3. Stir 4. Add the chicken making sure to smother each piece in the sauce 5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 6. Top with cheese 7. Bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese begins to brown 8.
