3 Ingredient Cheese Ball
In Jamie’s Kitchen, we're unwrapping a cherished family recipe that's stood the test of time – Aunt Jamie's 3-Ingredient Cheese Ball.
Ingredients
- 8 oz block of cream cheese softened
- 8 oz block of sharp cheddar cheese finely grated
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- crackers for serving
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and cheddar In a food processor or using a hand mixer
- Place plastic wrap on the counter and spoon the cheese onto the plastic wrap. Wrap plastic around the cheese and form Into a ball.
- Freeze for a minimum of 1 hour
- Unwrap cheese and roll In pecans
- Freeze or refrigerate until serving. Serve at room temperature
