Baby Baked Potatoes
Today, we're diving into the world of bite-sized perfection with a recipe that's as versatile as it is delicious – Baby Baked Potatoes.
Equipment
- 1 Crockpot
Ingredients
- 3 lb bag of yellow baby potatoes
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash potatoes and add them into the crockpot
- Add oil and salt. Stir or shake to coat the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on HIGH about 2 hours until fork tender
- When serving, slice each potato lengthwise. Be careful not to cut all the way through. Gently squeeze the ends so the potato opens at the slit.
- Top as desired
