- 2TBSP olive oil
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash potatoes and add them into the crockpot
- Add oil and salt. Stir or shake to coat the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for about 2 hours until fork tender
- When serving, slice each potato lengthwise. Be careful not to cut all the way through. Gently squeeze the ends so the potato opens at the slit.
