Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap
Chicken, bacon, high protein ranch, cheese, spinach, and tomatoes wrapped in a flour tortilla and then grilled to perfection—a delicious lunch or dinner recipe with a healthy twist.
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 10 slices pre-cooked bacon chopped
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes diced
- 1 cup cottage cheese ranch or regular ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas burrito-size
- Cucumbers and ranch for serving
- Foil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except tortillas in a large bowl
- Place each tortilla on a sheet of foil
- Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas
- Wrap each tortilla burrito-style then wrap in the foil to secure
- Grill covered at 400 for 10-15 minutes turning every 5 minutes
- Serve with cucumber slices and ranch
