Chicken Noodle Soup - Weeknight Edition
In Jamie’s Kitchen, we're turning up the heat and serving comfort in a bowl with our quick and easy Chicken Noodle Soup recipe made in the Ninja Foodi Deluxe.
Ingredients
- 1 onion diced
- 5 carrots diced
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 large chicken breasts about 1lb of meat total
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp oregano
- Salt & pepper
- 64 oz reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz wide egg noodles
Instructions
- Set pressure cooker to saute function on medium heat.
- Cook onions and carrots in olive oil until just tender.
- Add garlic and cook one more minute.
- Add in chicken breast, seasoning, and broth.
- Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes
- Release steam and add noodles.
- Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes
- Release steam, break chicken apart into small pieces and enjoy
