Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup
- 1 onion, diced
- 5 carrots, diced
- 1TBSP olive oil
- 2TBSP minced garlic
- 2 large chicken breasts (about 1lb of meat total)
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp oregano
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cartons of reduced-sodium chicken broth, 64oz total
- 8oz wide egg noodles
Instructions
- Set pressure cooker to sauté function on medium heat.
- Cook onions and carrots in olive oil until just tender.
- Add garlic and cook one more minute.
- Add in chicken breast, seasoning, and broth.
- Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes
- Release steam and add noodles.
- Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes
- Release steam, break chicken apart into small pieces and enjoy

I don’t have a presser cooker. Can I use the a crock pot?
I’m sure you can but I’m not sure of the times since I haven’t tried it.
