Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the salmon skin-side down.
Coat the salmon with honey and then generously season with Old Bay.
Bake until opaque.
*The piece I had was just under 1 pound and I baked it for 21 minutes
