Grape Salad
AKA Gooey Eyeball Salad (Halloween)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Green + Red Grapes
- 1 jar Maraschino Cherries drained
- 1 8 oz Block Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
- Wash and dry grapes and add to a bowl with the cherries (drained)
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, and vanilla
- Mix the cheese/yogurt with the grapes
- Top with brown sugar and walnuts
- Store in the refrigerator and serve cold
