Back in the 8-5 grind of office life, we often marked special occasions with shared moments in the breakroom, and Grape Salad was a frequent star of these gatherings. If my memory serves me right, it was Vivian who regularly brought this delectable dish, becoming synonymous with celebrations and good times.
Today, I’m excited to share this cherished Grape Salad recipe with you. Perfect for any season, it has a unique twist – during Halloween, I’ve affectionately named it Gooey Eyeball Salad. Ingredients for Grape Salad
- 2lbs of green + red grapes
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
- 1 8oz block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Wash and dry grapes and add to a bowl with the cherries (drained)
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, and vanilla
- Mix the cheese/yogurt with the grapes
- Top with brown sugar and walnuts
- Store in the refrigerator and serve cold
