Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Use a protein pasta to make this a high protein meal

Directions
Add all ingredients except pasta and mozzarella cheese to slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours until chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily.
Turn off the slow cooker and shred the chicken
Add mozzarella cheese, cover, and allow cheese to melt while you prepare the pasta.
Serve chicken over prepared pasta.
Add a salad to complete the meal.

Add all ingredients except mozzarella cheese and pasta to a freezer bag.
Add mozzarella cheese to a sandwich bag and put inside the freezer bag.
Freeze.

Thaw 12-24 hours in fridge.
Cook on High for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6.
Shred the chicken.
Turn off the crockpot and top with mozzarella cheese.
Cover and allow the cheese to melt while you prepare the noodles.
Serve chicken over noodles and add a salad on the side.
