Ingredients for Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Pasta
- 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 TBSP Italian seasoning mix
- ½ Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 24oz Jar of Rao’s marinara sauce
- 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Spaghetti noodles (Use a protein pasta to make this a high protein meal)
- Salad for serving
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except pasta and mozzarella cheese to slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours until chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily.
- Turn off slow cooker and shred chicken.
- Add mozzarella cheese, cover, and allow cheese to melt while you prepare the pasta.
- Serve chicken over prepared pasta.
- Add a side salad to complete the meal.
