Ingredients

lean ground beef
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
¼
tsp
salt

TBSP
Italian seasoning

container of ricotta cheese
2
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
1
cup
grated parmesan cheese
24
oz
jar of pasta sauce
8-12
oven-ready lasagna noodles
uncooked

Instructions
Meat Sauce:
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Once the meat is no longer pink, remove from the heat and drain the grease
Pour the sauce into the pan with the meat
Add ½ cup of water to thin out the sauce (the extra liquid will be absorbed by the pasta when cooking)
Into your slow cooker, layer in this order:
⅓ of meat sauce
⅓ of the noodles, breaking to fit
half of the ricotta and 1 tsp Italian seasoning
⅓ of the mozzarella and parmesan
Repeat these layers again
Now add another layer of noodles
The remaining meat sauce
Reserve remaining mozzarella and parmesan
Cooking Instructions:
Cook for 3 hours on high
Top with remaining cheese and cover
Cook for 15 additional minutes
