Too Tired Tater Tot Casserole

Equipment
- 1 9x13 Casserole Dish
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef 96/4 works well
- 2 lb Tatertots I get a 2lb bag and have some leftover
- 12 oz Bag of Frozen Green Peas
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Using the back of a spoon press the meat evenly to cover the bottom of an ungreased casserole dish
- Season the meat with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder: layer tots (single layer), frozen peas, soup, and cheese
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Stir
- Bake an additional 30 minutes
