- 1lb lean ground beef (96/4 works well)
- Tatertots – I get a 2lb bag and have some leftover
- 12oz bag of frozen green peas
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 8oz shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Using the back of a spoon press the meat evenly to cover the bottom of an ungreased casserole dish.
- Season the meat with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Layer tots (single layer), frozen peas, soup, and cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Stir.
- Bake an additional 30 minutes.
