Ingredients for Goodness Gracious Greek Bowls
- 24oz chicken sausage (I like the spinach + feta from Aldi)
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 1 TBSP lemon pepper
- 1/2 TBSP garlic powder
- 1/2 TBSP oregano
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 English cucumber
Finishers
- 1 container of crumbled feta
- 1 container hummus
- 1 container of tzatziki sauce
- 1 package of pitas (I like whole grain)

Instructions
- Heat large skillet over medium heat
- While pan is warming, slice peppers and onions into strips
- Add 1 TBSP olive oil to pan and, once heated, add vegetables
- Slice chicken sausage into bite-size pieces and add into the pan with veggies
- Add seasoning
- Halve tomatoes and cut cucumber into bite-size pieces
- Once the food in the pan is cooked and hot, turn off the heat and add the tomatoes and cucumbers
- Serve topped with feta. Add tzatziki, hummus, and pita on the side

Can’t wait to try this! I love anything in a bowl. Well, not ANYTHING, but you know what I mean.
This was so easy and delicious! Literally took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. My Aldi didn’t have any of the feta and spinach chicken sausage, so I grabbed what they had (pesto and tomato basil with mozzarella cheese) and it came out great. I can’t wait to try more of Jamie’s recipes!
