- Mini Sweet Peppers
- Soft, spreadable cheese *I used Happy Farms cheese wedges from Aldi and was able to fill 4 sweet pepper halves with each wedge
- Everything seasoning
Instructions
- Wash and dry peppers.
- Slice off the stem end and then slice lengthwise.
- Remove seeds.
- Fill each pepper half with cheese.
- Top with everything seasoning.
- Refrigerate until time to serve.
