Hearty & Satisfying Harvest Pork Chops

Ingredients for Harvest Pork Chops

  • 1 box of stuffing (any flavor) and ingredients needed to prepare (probably butter & water)
  • 6 bone-in pork chops (you can use boneless if you prefer)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cans, 21oz each, apple pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Heat pan over medium heat then spray with oil
  3. Add pork chops to the pan and spray with oil.  Season w/salt & pepper
  4. While the chops are cooking, prepare stuffing
  5. Once chops are brown, flip, and cook until the other side is brown.  Remove chops from pan and remove pan from heat.
  6. Add both cans of apple pie filling into the pan (do not wipe out the pan first, we want those yummy bits from the pork chops)
  7. Add the pork chops on top of the apples and the stuffing on top of the pork
  8. Bake in the oven for 1 hour covered then 30 minutes uncovered

Harvest Pork Chops

      I make this recipe all the time! The only difference is I layer – stuffing, pork chops and then smother with apple pie filling YUM
