Ingredients for Harvest Pork Chops
- 1 box of stuffing (any flavor) and ingredients needed to prepare (probably butter & water)
- 6 bone-in pork chops (you can use boneless if you prefer)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cans, 21oz each, apple pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Heat pan over medium heat then spray with oil
- Add pork chops to the pan and spray with oil. Season w/salt & pepper
- While the chops are cooking, prepare stuffing
- Once chops are brown, flip, and cook until the other side is brown. Remove chops from pan and remove pan from heat.
- Add both cans of apple pie filling into the pan (do not wipe out the pan first, we want those yummy bits from the pork chops)
- Add the pork chops on top of the apples and the stuffing on top of the pork
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour covered then 30 minutes uncovered
