@injamieskitchen Easy breakfast idea perfect for Christmas morning or holiday parties. If you bring this to a gathering you won’t be taking home any leftovers. Speaking of leftovers- it does reheat so if you make it for breakfast it can last a couple of days in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave. I need to know – what do you always have for breakfast on Christmas morning? #christmasbreakfast #breakfastideas #breakfastrecipe #sausagerecipe #christmasrecipe #partyfood #christmaspartyfood

I have made this every year for our Christmas appetizer. I should say this is our go to for a simple appetizer for every get together.
Note- never heard of putting egg on top. Will have to try that next time. We use Bob Evans sausage. Original or spicy depending your preference and if you can get it. 😉
Very rarely do I make something the WHOLE family likes , but this was a huge hit! I will definitely make this again , super easy and super delicious!
