Ingredients for Shepherd’s Pie
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 packet of brown gravy mix
- 1 can (10.75oz) of tomato soup
- ½ cup of water
- 12 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 3-4 cups of mashed potatoes (homemade, instant, or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Brown the meat in a pan over medium heat while seasoning with onion and garlic powder
- Drain
- Stir in the tomato soup, brown gravy mix, water, frozen vegetables, and Worcestershire sauce
- Mix until everything is well combined
- If your pan is not an oven-safe pan, transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish
- Top with mashed potatoes being careful not to mix the potatoes into the meat
- Finally, add the shredded cheese on top
- Bake 15-20 minutes until it begins to bubble
- Broil on high for 2-3 minutes just until brown
- Top with parsley if desired

Yummy! Not only is this insanely easy, but it’s also insanely delicious! I used ground turkey breast instead of beef to keep it a bit healthier, along with Healthy Request tomato soup and reduced fat cheese.
