Tips & Techniques

Before adding the cheeseburger mixture to the crescents, I divide the mixture into quarters.  Since there are 16 total crescents, I know that each quarter of mixture needs to fill (4) crescents.  This is an easy way to ensure youā€™re filling each cheeseburger pocket evenly.  When sealing the pocket, fold in from the shorter sides first, making an X.  Then, bring the longer side over the top and tuck underneath.
