Tips & Techniques
Before adding the cheeseburger mixture to the crescents, I divide the mixture into quarters. Since there are 16 total crescents, I know that each quarter of mixture needs to fill (4) crescents. This is an easy way to ensure youāre filling each cheeseburger pocket evenly. When sealing the pocket, fold in from the shorter sides first, making an X. Then, bring the longer side over the top and tuck underneath.
