- Add steak to bag and turn to coat *if you have the time, allow steak to marinade
- Cook steak on foil-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes
- Use meat thermometer to check for doneness, 150 for medium
- Let steak rest about 10 minutes
- Slice across the grain
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or air fryer
- Top warm tortillas w/steak, pico, and sauce
