- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1 lime

- In a small bowl combine spices
- Brush the filet(s) with oil then rub with spices on both sides
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily
- While the fish is cooking prepare quinoa according to package directions and steam broccoli
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish then squeeze in the juice from half of the lime
- Pour the butter over the fish before serving and garnish with the remaining lime
- Serve the fish alongside the quinoa and broccoli
