Ingredients for Sweet Potato Hash
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
- ½ red onion, peeled and diced
- 11 oz package of chicken sausage
- 2 cups baby spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Instructions for Sweet Potato Hash

Step One: Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step Two: Add the diced sweet potatoes and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
Step Three: Stir in the diced red onion, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the onion softens.
Step Four: Add the chicken sausage and continue cooking for about 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is heated through.
Step Five: Finally, stir in the chopped spinach and cook for 1 minute until the spinach wilts.
Step Six: Serve warm and enjoy!
