  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can of crescent rolls
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mozart Mozzarella

    So nice to find a recipe that is a big hit and different than our standard rotation. I used ground chicken and fat free shredded cheese to cut down on the fat content and added mushrooms for more volume and micro nutrients. I was questioning the Greek yogurt but it wasn’t even noticeable! I sprinkled some parm onto it so just extra flavor and protein!
