Ingredients for Mozart Mozzarella
- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
- ½ large onion or 1 small onion, diced
- 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 cups of your favorite marinara sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can of crescent rolls
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten

Step One: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Step Two: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and ground beef with Italian seasoning, salt, and minced garlic until the meat is browned and cooked through.
Step Three: While the meat is cooking, prepare the crescents. Spread a spoonful of Greek yogurt on each crescent, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder, and roll them into their classic crescent shape.
Step Four: Once the beef is cooked, drain excess grease using a paper towel.
