Ingredients for Biscuits and Gravy Casserole
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb mild sausage
- 1 package gravy mix (prepare according to package instructions)
- 6 eggs + 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13″ baking dish. I love using my oil sprayer for this step.
- Cut the biscuits into small pieces and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
- Cook the sausage in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until browned. I used my meat chopper to crumble the meat as it cooked.
- Drain any excess fat using tongs and a paper towel.
- Spread the sausage over the biscuits

- Prepare the gravy mix according to the package instructions and spread evenly over the sausage and biscuits.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, then pour this mixture over the gravy.
- Using a cheese grater, shred the cheese.

- Bake for 30 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
