In our quest for healthier indulgence, we’ve made some savvy swaps – whole grain chips for added fiber, yogurt in place of sour cream, and low-fat cheese that promises all the gooey goodness without all of the calories. Ingredients for Healthy Chicken Nachos

  • Whole-grain tortilla chips
  • Shredded chicken 
  • Low-fat cheese
  • Canned, fat-free refried beans
  • Jalapenos
  • ¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 TBSP taco seasoning
  • 2 TBSP lime juice
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. 
  2. On a sheet pan, layer chips, chicken, cheese, jalapenos, and beans. 
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
  4. Combine yogurt, taco seasoning and lime juice.  
  5. Top nachos with seasoned yogurt and salsa. 
  6. Enjoy.
